Delivery
Delivery turnaround time of a placed order is generally within 2-3 business days, and it may vary, and R&E Ideal Import does not hold responsibility for any delayed delivery. For drop ship orders, we need a valid street address to process the order. If you made a mistake regarding the delivery address, you must contact us within 24 hours of placing an order. If the product is sent out to the wrong address, the buyer carries responsibility for any additional delivery and handling charges.
FREE DELIVERY is available directly to retail store accounts only for orders over 100 square feet in the five boroughs of the New York City area.
On orders below 100 square feet is a Flat Rate:
- Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island: $75.00
- Manhattan, Staten Island, New Jersey: $175.00 & up
*For Drop-ship and Job Side Delivery:
- Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, Long Island: $100.00 (**Manhattan extra)
- Staten Island, New Jersey: $195.00 & up
Please note that all our deliveries are curbside, which means your item(s) will be delivered to the curbside, driveway, or near your building. All deliveries will require a signature for release.
