Prices are effective June 1 2019. All prices are subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed. All prices are per sq.ft unless otherwise specified.
We require all orders to be emailed to email@example.com to reduce the risk of error. Orders are required to be paid in full prior to shipping or shipped as COD. To set up a net 30 account, a credit application is required to be completed and approved. If an account is past due, future orders will not be shipped until the account is paid in full.
All prices are F.O.B. from our warehouse in Farmingdale NY. Net 30 days for approved accounts and C.O.D. for others (no postdated checks). All past due balances will be charged 1.5% service charge per month. All returned checks will be subject to a $50. 00 service charge.
All scheduled deliveries are not guaranteed and in no circumstance is R&E Ideal Import liable for any claims. There is a delivery charge for all orders, there will be no exceptions to the below rules.
For U.P.S. shipments, packing and handling charge of approximately $5.00 per package for samples and $10.00 for orders plus U.P.S. shipping charges will be billed. If a shipment is lost and/or damaged by the delivering carrier, it is the purchaser's responsibility to file the appropriate transportation claim with the delivering carrier.
Please call our sales department for a return authorization number. Returns without authorization will not be accepted. When calling for a return please have the invoice number, exact amount of returning goods, and lot# printed on the carton (s) ready. Returns are subject to a minimum of 25% restocking fee. No returns are allowed after 30 days of purchase. All returns are subject to our inspection and must be made in the original factory cartons; otherwise we cannot issue credit. Returns are for "full cartons only." R&E Ideal Import is NOT responsible for any return shipping costs.
The responsibility of our company ceases after the receipt of the material by the customer. We are not liable for any claims of defective material after it has been installed. For breakage claims, have the invoice#, amount of broken material and the lot # available for our sales department to coordinate the replacements. No claims considered unless made within 5 days after receipt of goods isolate broken martial for inspection and do not dispose of material until authorized by R&E Ideal Import. Any claim will be deemed waived unless made in writing within 30 days from the date of a defect or have been discovered by the customer.
Please ensure that proper installation methods with a skilled installer are used for our material. Different materials require different installation methods.
When purchasing our tile, stone & glass products, you should expect varying gradations of color, veining, finishes and fills in the product, which are unique to the natural look product’s beauty and appeal. The material that is shipped may have some inherent shade variation and should not be expected to be a direct match of the sample on the board or as seen in images on this site. Please remember that in the tile, natural stone & mosaics industry USE CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE. Once you install the materials, R&E Ideal Import will not accept any returns.
In most cases, samples and sample boards are available upon request free of charge, one time only, except for decor tiles (which are 50% off regular price). Shipping charge will apply for samples orders shipped via U.P.S., otherwise, we will include the samples with your next delivery.
